Chemo treatment #1 was today. Charlotte came in ready to git 'r done! Just one ridiculously long week since being diagnosed and now she's already on her way to defeating this ugly, stupid thing.
What a wonderful, amazing nurse Charlotte had! Kristin from North Dakota, thank you for making her comfortable, understanding our humor and getting that cancer-killin' juice into her! You made the chemo time actually kinda enjoyable! Kristin does expect Charlotte to do well with the treatments with hopes the worst part will be her being somewhat fatigued and tired.
Chemo treatment #2 will be Monday, August 6th after returning from our family time at the lake. #TeamCharlotte#MinnesotaBound
